Goo Hyo-seo, a struggling intern at the 'Marine' research institute, finds himself trapped in a lonely, desolate existence, tormented by his colleagues' cruelty. His only sanctuary is the tank of a violent, aggressive killer whale that everyone else fears. In a moment of desperation, Hyo-seo whispers a wish for the only two of them to be together forever. But his wish is granted in a terrifyingly romantic way. A mysterious, captivating man with dripping wet black hair and piercing eyes appears, seemingly the embodiment of the own killer whale. As colleagues begin to vanish and blood stains the research institute, a mysterious bond forms between the man and the seorang person. Hyo-seo is drawn to the heart-darkening obsession of this supernatural entity, despite the growing fear.
