Acceptance

By using Yaoi Scan you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

Your account

To register you must be at least 13 years old, or 16 if you live in the European Union. You are responsible for what is done from your account and for keeping your password safe. If you think someone has got into it, change your password and close the open sessions from your settings.

You can delete your account whenever you want from your settings.

How to behave

Harassment, threats, hateful content, spam and impersonation are not allowed. Comments are moderated and we may remove them.

Automated use of the site is not allowed either: scraping the catalogue with programs, bypassing limits or overloading the server. We reserve the right to block access to anyone doing so.

Advertising

The site is kept running by advertising. Using the site means accepting that ads are shown. You may use a blocker if you wish, but advertising is what pays for the server.

Content

Published content belongs to its authors and rights holders. If you hold rights over something published here and want it removed, write to us and we will remove it.

What you post — comments, collections, username — remains yours, but you give us permission to display it on the site.

Suspension

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, without prior notice if the breach is serious.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee it, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use or interruption.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change is significant, it will be announced on the site. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of the page.
