Minato is a college student with no future and no ambition. He spends his days goofing off, and his nights sleeping around. One day, he meets a famous prodigy artist named Riku, who attends the same college despite it not being an art school. Minato's first impression of Riku is that he's a weirdo, but when Minato has no place to stay one night, Riku lets him crash. After Minato sees him paint, urges start welling up inside him.
